Main Ingredients
- Wheat and All purpose Flour Tortillas
- 1/4 thinly sliced Red Bell Pepper
- 1/4 thinly sliced Onion
- 1/4 thinly sliced yellow Bell Pepper
- 2 Baby corn sliced
- 1/2 cup snow peas, sliced
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 cup thinly sliced paneer
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tbsp oil
How to Make
- Heat the oil in a pan.
- Add length wise thinly sliced paneer and saute till it is light brown.
- Take a bowl and mix honey, soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Now add the paneer to this mixture and let it sit for 1 hour.
- Take tortillas and place them on flat pan.
- Add marinated paneer, sprouts, peas, bell peppers, onion and baby corn.
- Roll up the tortilla and wrap it in parchment paper.
